Thus I'm here to answer you with some screenshots
This is the entrance of Minotaur Nest. It is located at lower ridge, just in between prayers resting place & death basin's entrance
Basically this SS answer most of your queries
You'll need to be lvl 24 in order to be able to enter
And you'll need something called the Red Army Commander Seal to enter (all party members need to have it)
As for the loots,
Through out the dungeon the mobs will drop Epic grade powder , Minotaur Set materials(Minotaur Horn, skin , hoofs)
You'll also have a chance to get Epic grade accesories , lvl24 Epic Weapons/Armous , Lvl24 Epic Plates from the Reward Chest once you killed the Minotaur Boss.
Alright, Many also have asked how do you get the seal?
Ans: By doing abyss dungeon and opening the rabbits, Silver rabbit drops it too and it drop frequently so don't worry that it would be super rare.

Charging Bulls
At a certain stage , there will be bulls dashing from gates to gates and they deal pretty high dmg when being"rammed" by them , thus I'm gonna help you guys to avoid being hit by those random bulls.
My trick of Avoiding is to look at the minimap when theres the notifications of the bull coming out. If you are able to see which Gates open tru normal view , than thats good , but maybe some player's angle of view is being blocked , the mini map will help you lots
As you can see from the SS , there are 6 gates , you can choose to name those gates for easier communication with your party members but that is up to you. Those small red dots with lots of them are the bulls, by noticing this way you'll know where the bulls are
