Many have asked for my skill build for my Mercenary

So here is my current build & I'll show you my future lvl 40 skill build in order to help those in need

Lvl32 Build



What about circle break?
IMHO we do not need it for PVP wise. PVE maybe you can consider putting 1 level to it but provided you have skill points.

Why Charging Howl instead of Battle Howl ?
Due to the lack of skill point for the class, This build can only choose 1 of them.
I'll go for Charging Howl is because of the Superarmor which would help alot in PVE & PVP

Than why Dischanting Howl when you are not getting Battle howl for now?
It is beacuse Dischanting Howl can be used to debuff & silence your opponent including block,ironskin & Charging Howl

Relieve
Many people do not know what is Relieve. Relieve is basically a self debuff skill which could clear negative buffs on you.
e.g. Electrocuted , time stop , ankleshot
But it could also be used as an escape skill like aerial evasion thus it is important.

Lvl40 Build



Relieve lvl3 ?
For shorter CD to use in PVP

So why now battle howl ?
It is a pre-requiste for Cyclone Axe Ulti

Why iron skin is lvl 2 instead of 3 ?
Due to the lack of SP for the class.
& lvl2 & 3 duration is the same just that the damage reduction of 3 is 10%more.
But as I've mentioned due to the lack of SP I have no choice.

Why Charging Howl?
Charging howl gives you super armor and damage reduction to you & your party as I've mentioned.
More superarmor buffs won't kill you right ?

Why Cyclone Axe Ulti instead of Gigantic Bomber?
IMHO Cyclone Axe is much useful in PVE and Mass PVP as while u are casting it you are invincible and even though the damage lose to Gigantic Bomber , it is still pretty painful.
And it is bcus I am a Axe Merc mainly. And Gigantic Bomber is only for hammer
(Latest CN patch , both ultis can use Axe/Hammer but not sure whether SEA would be patched that way when 40 cap is out)

Why Devastating Howl?
Basically this is more of a PVE skill as CD is too long for PVP
It -80% pattk/mattk of your opponent Thus opponent dealing lesser dmg. Which is good in PVE especially Nest bosses.
Can be used together with taunting howl for 90%(lvl1) or even 99% dmg reduction (max taunting howl which is lvl9 at lvl40cap)
[Recent patch in CN reduce the max dmg reduction for mobs into 80%]
[100% PVP focused players can choose not to learn this and use the skill points on other skills]


Recommend Skill Heraldry

Side kick (action speed) [PVP]
Circle Swing (Cool Down)
Rolling Attack (Damage)
Whirlwind (CD or DMG)
Cyclone Axe (CD or DMG)


Remaining skill points are up to you to max whichever skills you want.
